' How many guests shall I invite to my kids party with Anniversaire Creatif ?'
Over 15 children, the organization rapidly becomes much more complex, since:
your rooms will quickly look very narrow and crowded, waiting time for the toilets
seem eternity and spaces around the table pretty difficult to allocate...
The ideal ratio stays around one adult present for any 5 children. You will also need to seek additional help in case you plan the party to take place outdoors, in a public place.
Our advice:
- Before your child has turned 5, for a first birthday party at home, 6 to 8 guests will be just right.
- Starting 5 years old, you will have reach the optimal group with 12 children.

' What is the youngest age for inviting children to my birthday party?'
Anniversaire Creatif organizes parties for children aged 3 and above for these reasons:
- crafting activities for group request a little bit of autonomy and gesture precision
- having all his friends at home created so much of an emotion to very young children, that they feel overwhelmed and dispaired, whereas with children aged 3 or above, this emotion becomes just positive.
'Can I mix both girls and boys? Children of different ages?'

All our partys are specifically conceived for :

- each child to get interested and involved! |
Younger brothers and sisters are also welcome on this special day. We'll adapt our activities to them and will be delighted to integrate them in this great party. However, we rely on you for additional assistance and to take care of their special needs (e.g. accompany them to the toilets, help manipulating scissors).
Our advice:
Invite children about the same age (less than 2 years age difference) to have a coherent group. If you have more than two children quite younger than the other, an additional adult need to attend to specifically help them.
About the organization...
'Who prepares the invitations? Is it me or Anniversaire Creatif?'
Once you order a Home Entertainment, we OFFER you the invitations:
- under pdf format, for you to print as many of them as you need
- just need to fill in with your details
- and distribute to all your guests
You would need to send your invitations at least 8 days before the party.
A small email to parents also ease the organization...
'Do I need much space to organize my birthday party at home?'
Having your party at home will be so easy. Here is what you need:
- to listen to the legend: a carpet or a coach or a few cushins
- to craft: the sitting room table or the kitchen one or some table sets on the floor,
- to eat your cake: the living room table or two trestles and a large wooden board, covered with a sheet and that's it.
Your kitchen and living room may be sufficient, otherwise a games room and a sleeping room will do just right for a dozen of children. If you have more than 12 children, you'll need an extra room.
Our advice:
Children will appreciate moving in rooms that are cleared from many furniture.
'How long does an Anniversaire Creatif birthday last?'
- For children turning 3 or 4, the party lasts 2 hours.
Since they'll be very active during these 2 hours, they'll really be tired and we prefer to limit so that they keep an excellent memory of your great party and return home with a large smile on their face.
- For children turning 5 and above, the party lasts 2 hours and a half.
Children are busy all the time, we vary activities so as to keep them interested and passionated by your party.
In both cases, time for eating the birthday cake is included as our Team Members help serving, organize the present distribution and entertain the kids with games after this meal.
Our advice:
Once the party is over, it usually takes half an hour for all parents to return home with their child. Some families use this time as a friendly occasion to invite parents sharing a drink and a snack while the children have a free playing time with the new birthday presents.
Please note that once the pinata has been done, Anniversaire Creatif will end its service, thus the children freely playing afterwards fall under your responsibility or their parents one.
'Which langage will be used for my birthday party?'
The Anniversaire Creatif Team is a multilingual one and we are just absolutely used to speak different languages with children.
We thus offer Home Entertainment in luxemburgish, german, english and french.
Our advice:The best choice you can do is to select the language that most of your guest best understand.
Should you be aware that a child is not comfortable in this language, but can understand another one, please tell our Team Member, so that we repeat crafting instructions and adapt the games for this child.

Unlike the party centers, Anniversaire Creatif truly offers you a unique birthday party customised to your needs. Our multicultural themes are unique ones and children will remember your celebration as a different one for a long time. You can be sure to please the children and to offer them great memories.
'Indoors or outdoors?`
We can organize your party both indoors or outdoors. Our large activity choice enables us to adapt to your wishes. Crafting is usually either inside and games outside, and we often combine to meet your needs.
About price and payment...
'How much does a Home Entertainment cost?`
Prices are computed as such for Home Enternainment:
- 225 Eur for a group of 12 children
- 14 Eur per child over the first 12 ones
- travel expenses for places outside Luxemburg-city
You take charge of the meal (birthday cake, drinks and plates).
All crafting equipment (for example, the 15 red scissors that you would not need after the party) and materials (modeling clay, paper masks, etc.) are all chosen and brought by Anniversaire Creatif. Prices include them all.
Our prices also include an organisation liabillity insurance.
Our advice:
Help save the planet and avoid disposal plates, decorated with princess or cars that your child has seens ten times already at other birthday parties. Turning 5, children master their gestures right enough for you to use the plates that will go to the diswasher. It's also an easy way to save.
Which payment mode does Anniversaire Creatif accept?
An advance payment amounting is paid when booking.
We accept online payment, directly from the website. Online payments go through a secured website, dedicated to electronic payments, that transfer no confidential data to Anniversaire Creatif. We have been using this service since 2006 with very positive track records of a simple, quick and secure service.
You can also pay by wire transfer to Crealud Sàrl.
Unfortunately we cannot accept french checks as they are not recognised outside from the french territory, where our company is settled.
You may pay the remaining balance, either on cash to the Anniversaire Creatif Team Member who entertains the kids on the D-day or online or by wire transfer.
